Financial Literacy Outreach

LoanMax is dedicated to educating citizens about savings, credit, and general financial literacy. We began a financial literacy outreach program to better serve members of the community in which we work.

• Read about our first program, Dollarwise, here. It includes presentations from FDIC’s MoneySmart program and a partnership with a local university for the benefit of residents in Alexandria, Virginia.
• LoanMax is proud to sponsor the Youth Educational Empowerment Program in Wichita, Kansas. This program aims to supplement the average high school curriculum with financial lessons in areas such as money management, savings, and credit.
• LoanMax supports the Cocineros Unidos of Humboldt Park in Chicago, a group of Puerto Rican community leaders.
