LoanMax Customer Service Reps
LoanMax believes our Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. As a CSR you would be responsible for speaking to customers both in person and over the phone who are inquiring about the process and requirements for acquiring a title loan. As a CSR you would be responsible for pre-qualifying the customer, assisting the customer in completing the application, thoroughly explaining the terms and conditions of the loan and processing the loan. CSR's are also responsible for taking payments and making courtesy calls to customers who may be behind in their payments. You must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment, have super organizational skills and time management skills.
HOURS: LoanMax CSR's work 9:30AM - 7PM, Monday - Friday, and rotating Saturdays. Should it be your weekend to work, you will have one day off during the week to compensate you for the lost Saturday. The office is open typically 9AM - 2PM on Saturdays. Our associates are guaranteed a 40 hour work week and are paid weekly.
BENEFITS: All LoanMax employees' status is Fulltime, hourly. After a probationary period of employment, you will become eligible for a Health/Dental/Vision plan as well as personal/sick days and paid vacation.
